Edin’s Hall Broch, Scotland

Edin’s Hall is one of just a handful of Iron Age brochs found in Lowland Scotland.

The site as a whole is extraordinarily complex – with an impressive hillfort, later settlement and the well-preserved remains of a broch. The site is reached by an exhilarating hike along the Whiteadder Water.

While discussing work with Scottish Borders Council, this proof of concept flight was undertaken, showing that a targeted SUA flight could capture useful data on such monuments.
